Maybe look into what .vuh files will do. Maybe you can turn q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=0006Mv&topic_id=11&topic=OpenACS into /bboard/OpenACS/q-and-a-fetch-msg/11/006Mv/ or something similar.
