We have comments enabled on the docs available at openacs.org. For 4.6, following an idea by Jeff Davis, we'll have a link at the bottom of every acs-core-docs page saying "Click here to comment on this document" and it'll take you to the appropriate page on openacs.org.
Whoever wants to work on documentation, let me know. There's plenty of work to be done (I'm reviving the "Documentation Status" with what needs to be done).
