You can get nstcldom from the CVS repository of the nssoap project - http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=34784 I would suggest asking Scott G. to import it into the AOLserver project tree. (Assuming Dave's version doesn't have any special modifications.) nsexpat is available from both repositories, but it looks like the version in the AOLserver repo is newer.
