Paul, nope, I don't know of any. For a cheap co-located shared server
set up to run OpenACS, Cathy Sarisky's
Acorn Hosting
sounds hard to beat. But that's Postgres only, no Oracle.
Your best bet is probably to set up Oracle yourself on your own Linux
box. It's probably good practice for you anyway. The pain builds
character. ;)
