PostgreSQL 12 was released a few days ago. I've just tested successfully the new PostgreSQL release with the current oacs-5-10 branch (new install and upgrade of existing release). For the upgrade, just the usual steps necessary for major version changes of PostgreSQL are needed, as shown in [2] (with updated version numbers).
