yon and i have added our latest, refactored new-portal code
into openacs cvs.
- the new code replaced the (old) portal package in the cvs tree.
- the new code is in HEAD and not the 4.6 branch
- the new code is non-working and unfinished. we are
nearly done, but there are a couple more things to be done
before it is ready to be installed and tested.
- if you have commit rights to it we request that you don't
check in to it for the time being.
