Dear all,

over the weekend and today, i made a system upgrade on openacs.org from

* Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus), over
* Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (bionic) to
* Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (Focal Fossa)

and from PostgreSQL 9.6.4 to PostgreSQL 13.1 (in one step, a few minutes ago). I will provide some guidelines later to ease the step for others. Due to these upgrades, there were a few short breaks of availability of openacs.org. Please apologize.

In a few days, there will be a move to a different hardware, which will cause as well to some downtime. We will announce, when the times for this are settled.
