I just received a notification for the OpenACS Q&A forum, with posts dating from 2006-05-30 to recently.
I suspect there is a bug in one of the notification intervals. This may also explain some of the poor performance with the notifications package.
I'm not going to dig into this -- I just changed my notification interval. But this is likely an easy fix if someone wants to take a look at it..
