I thought xotcl was going to be required in 5.3?
I just updated and had to get xotcl from cvs, and it still breaks with:

invalid command name "views"

So something still doesn't load by default.

Hi Jon, what did you try to achieve? According to the installation instructions for AOLserver you will have to install XOTCL from CVS.

As for the views, we would need to know where exactly this happened, as this sounds like a link to the views package, but I am not sure, and without knowing which page you want to access, unable to help.

XoTcl (the language) is required, but xotcl-core or xowiki are not.

You seem to have the views package installed. i made a mistake in the integration of the views package with xowiki. sorry for that, fixed as usual in cvs head.
