Hy everybody,

I'm currently using the Search package 5.3.0b1 and Tsearch2 Driver 0.4d2, wich seems to work perfectly. However I'm facing another problem in the search package right know. When I try to perform a search with words that have foreign characters (like cafe and café) wich are the same, the search package doesn't recognize them as equal words. So, for the same word, I get two different results. Do you have any idea on how to fix it?

You should check the openfts(tsearch2) mailing list http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=openfts-general I believe this was discussed there before.Also look at tserch2 version in PostgreSQL 8.2. It allows creating something like synonyms for this type of thing.
