hello,
i am reading up on the tutorials and doc/man pages, and sometimes get confused between the two.
for example, it took me a while to figure out content_type.create_type was not going to happen in postgresql unless you changed it to content_type__create_type.
so sometimes it's a bit confusing for a newbie like me.
maybe that is something to include in the documentation for future reference?
