What could I look forward to in trying to use these with Postgres 7.3?
Known Schema/Trigger/Stored Procedure/Client access issues?
Would any of the Database CASE tools (i.e. Embarcadero) work to minimize the issues with this?
Other thoughts?

Although public available code does not work yet with Postgres only the internal code does work on both Oracle and Postgres as claimed by Richard Li.
