You can download it here. We won't be fixing anything other than absolutely critical, show-stopping bugs and I'm hoping we can put together our final tarball next week. We'll be moving forward with dotLRN 1.0 and OpenACS 4.7. Jeff Davis has volunteered to retrofit bug fixes from the OpenACS 4.7 CVS tree to OpenACS 4.6 and we expect to issue bug fix releases in this lineage for, well, "quite some time" (whatever that means).
