It seems to me that we can share ideas and mockups, and critique design documents and so on, but things don't really start getting interesting until someone actually builds enough of it that other people can start using it and modifying it and extending it.
So let's continue to share, discuss, and so on, and if you have something you're working on, by all means, feel free to share what you've done.
But in my opinion, dotWRK won't become a reality until someone releases some code. :)
