1) What will be major difference between dotLRN 1.1 and 1.0 apart from Internationalization ? Or is it so that 1.1 will be on community radar only after 1.0 release as Carl suggests above.
2) For dotLRN 1.0, should we be using OpenACS 4.6.1 (instead of 4.6) as announced here : https://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=75519
