I added a little if statement that takes out the Community Job Postings box completely if there are none. I figured it looked bad that we had a sign up showing "Look, Mom!, there are no jobs in this community!", when in fact there are plenty, they're just not getting posted there.

So if you do post a job, it'll show up as usual, we just don't show an empty box.

Fine with everybody?
