While waiting this damn Java to compile and transform via xslt. I have time to browse through Jamie's great list of aolserver modules
http://empoweringminds.mle.ie/openacs/aolserver_modules
At the bottom is pywx. It just caught my eye because its not ns*. On its website http://pywx.idyll.org/. It says
"full access to Tcl from Python as well as access to Python from Tcl"
Does this mean I can actually tell a client that hey the code is Python. See... and its just calling OpenACS Tcl procs?
Anyone tried PyWX with OpenACS?
Yes I know Tcl is nice, still its a hard sell. I am now using Java for my current project. Its ok, has some plus and minus. But to have Python + OpenACS, that seems to be a good trade off.
