Thanks for your help, everyone!

I set it up like this: 

ns_section ns/server/${server}/module/nssock
ns_param   timeout            120
ns_param   address            192.168.1.5
ns_param   hostname           www.safe4all.org
ns_param   port               8000
ns_param location             http://www.safe4all.org

I also tried changing port to 80, and that didn't work either. Any other ideas?
