Tom, I am starting aolserver4 from daemontools and it
hangs on any signal other than sigkill. -d sends sigterm
then sigcont neither of which seem to do the trick.
It also hangs when run in the foreground and killed
with sigint and sigterm.
I have run it in the debugger and it gets the signal just
fine and starts shutdown but hangs trying to clean up one
of the sched threads.
