I've experimented with a couple of browsers.
It seems to be fine with Netscape on OS 9, Safari on OS X.
The redirect problem occurs on IE on OS 9 and IE on OS X.
Can anybody else try this for me?
Try going to:
http://www.safe4all.org/register (without the backslash)
Does it redirect to http://www.safe4all.org/www.safe4all.org/register/
Can anybody think of a reason this would happen?
