When we compared both .prm files:
CN hostname are the same.
March certificate came from E5
June certificate came from E6
We noticed that the OCSP is not in the June certificate.
Information found about OCSP (x509)
May 7, 2025 OCSP will no longer be issued from cerbot (letsencrypt)
August 6 OCSP stapling will be completely disable
Unless we can think of anything else, a fresh install might be the best option.
