Based on a fresh install it breaks the user permissions going from oacs to lrn.
I am not able to login.
this has happened to me several times, over the years and now that i think about it loading .lrn initially and not the oacs core may have been one solution.
The user permissioning system is the main reason we want to use .lrn but it would be nice to start with oacs and add .lrn.

this has fixed itself. i do not know where to connect with the oacs core but it did allow me to login to the .lrn.
It might have been the cach on the other laptop that was doing something to now let me login.
