I changed the redirect from openacs.org/sdm to point to openacs.org/bugtracker/openacs.
For the record, my suggestion is that the "main site" on openacs.org would be about OpenACS the web application toolkit. Bugs would be under openacs.org/bugs/.
Then we could create a subsite under openacs.org which is about the openacs.org site, and call it, say, openacs.org/this-site. The bug-tracker for that would be under openacs.org/this-site/bugs.
Hm. I just added a redirect from openacs.org/bugs, in case anyone prefers to use that.
