1. Forum-portlet-sc-create.sql - missing from ~/package/forums-portlet in r dotlrn 1.0?

2. How to configure (Instructions) - Forum Portlet, Survey Portlet after installation & mounting of package?

3. Lots of missing gifs (logos)?

Download the beta1 tarball rather than cut from CVS.  You need  OpenACS 4.6.2 (some of the gifs have been moved)

In the next week we'll be releasing dotLRN in a self-installing form so this will all be much, much easier.  Until then, please bear with us.
