Thanks ... this was indeed a bug in that package however I included the wrong survey package in the tarball. Thanks for catching this. It will be fixed in the openacs 4.6.2 release and the proper (simple survey) package included in dotLRN 1.0 (the full survey package will follow in dotLRN 1.0.1 in a few weeks)
