internationalization is not included in oacs 4.6.2 / .lrn 1.0 but will be in oacs 5.0 (previously called 4.7) / .lrn 1.1 (or will it be 2.0?) to be released this summer.
Simon Carstensen is working on integrating (portlet and applet) the blogger into .lrn.
Concerning the installation visions for the future the idea was that during installation you would be asked if you want e-learning (.lrn), an intranet (.wrk) or custom installation and everything would be set up automatically for you.
With Don's xml install config file (install.xml) you can specify which application suite you want installed. Another improvement we will make is that you will get only one form to fill out at the beginning of installation and after that everything will run through until the server is restarted and you are ready to go.
