Hi,
can I use ACS with the PostgreSQL 7.3.x and this solution is right?
If this is not the right solution what is the best coupled
ACS/PostgreSQL?

You should be able to use the latest release, OpenACS 4.6.2, with any PG 7.3.x other than PG 7.3.0 (7.3.0 had a serious bug in it and should be avoided)

Well...so far for me mostly everything is functioning correctly. I am having an issue with lars-blogger and general-comments while posting replies though.

I know its a compatibility issue since I installed 4.6.2 & PG 7.2.4 on my old server and its working like a charm. The core team has done a great job of porting to 7.3, but some kinks may be left yet. So far I have not been able to determine the exact nature of the problem, but I'll continue at it...
