We had a discussion on IRC about TCO hot spots a month or
so ago but we did not really talk too much about concrete
numbers, mostly it was about what things we could do to
reduce TCO (and especially cost to initially deploy a site).
It was a weekly chat topic so the log should be around somewhere.
For concrete numbers, this seems like something that
people providing hosting/dev services together
could throw together in rough form pretty quickly.
