Forum OpenACS Q&A: Open Source Content Management Conference 3, Cambridge MA, May 28-30, 2003

The  3rd Open Source Content Management Conference: http://oscom.org/Conferences/Cambridge/ is scheduled for May 28-30, 2003.

It looks like Red Hat will be doing several sessions regarding CCM: http://oscom.org/Conferences/Cambridge/Program/ and Karl Goldstein will be presenting on content annotation:  http://oscom.org/Conferences/Cambridge/Proposals/goldstein_content_annotation.html

So it looks like, even though no presentations about OpenACS are planned, OpenACS developers will be able to learn about other open source CMS and hopefully use that knowledge to finally build a great CMS component into OpenACS.

I am attending, and I would be interested in knowing if any other members of the community plan to attend.

Even if you are not planning on attending OSCOM, if you might be in the Boston area on any of those days, an OpenACS gathering also would be fun.
Hi Dave,

Good luck and bring us back ideas.  Try to learn non CCM/RHEA OSS CMS.

At least one other person here has recently mentioned interest in that conference too.
got my pass yesterday, so i'll see you there.

Old post from Dave Bauer about this... Just as an addition :)

I wish I could make it ... Not sure though.

I don't have a pass yet but I'm planning to attend.
