1) We need a volunteer or two to work on switching to SVN, if we decide now is a good time to do that.
1a) Is now a good time?

2) Should we organize a bugtracker cleanup release, volunteer effort for the next release?

3) If Lee has some details on his request processor proposal, I'd like him to tell us, or point to where he posted the details.

Anything else?

2a) Bugtracker triage. In the past, inconsistently, OCT members volunteered to triage new bugs, and watch patch submissions for a month at a time. We should dicuss this and perhaps find a few more people to also volunteer.

0) Added item, spring 2007 election for OCT will be done. Vicor will set it up

1) SVN switch, we want to switch, a wiki page will be created will the steps we need to take and then we can organize getting the work done.

2) We will not formally decide any release relies on the entire bugtracker status. 5.3.2 will be released when Don decides its done and coincide with .LRN 2.3.1. OCT will discuss release criteria of open bugs for the next major release of OpenACS. Dave will triage new bugs for one month and start to organize reports of what bugs are still existing for Core packages.

3) No news, Lee will post when its ready.

In attendance, Dave, Don, Lee, Malte, Gustaf, Victor

Hi Dave -

Can you also read David Arroyo's email regarding user tracking. There were 2 action items in there:

1. cvs access for darroyo and feliz
2. reviewing and giving feedback on the user tracking package.

Thanks much,
Avni

Hi there,

Maybe, if David agrees, we can talk about tracker state and next steps in the next leadership or OCT meeting.

Raúl

I agree 😊
