I think we should step back and decide what documenation is the "official" documentation, and what needs to be updated for each release.
We should probably maintain a release criteria for documentation or as Malte suggests, remove it from the install. Its not just acs-core-docs, but ever package documentation that is out of date (or non-existant!)
