Forum OpenACS Improvement Proposals (TIPs): Re: TIP #12 (Proposed): New package directory structure

For skinning and/or dishing out a copy of your tree to a graphic designer, I'm thinking we'll need some /templates directory, possible right off of the main package root. But that's not going to happen for 5.0, which is why I didn't include it here.
