It looks like not enough folks are available for an in-person meeting, so let's do some IRC and get it logged. Since we have 16 hours between key participants, it seems like evening EST is the best target. Open to other suggestions. I could do the following evenings: fri 12/12, sun 12/14, mon 12/15.
