It does not solve your problem but should get your site running: Use AOLserver4 and NSopenSSL3 as documented at https://openacs.org/doc/openacs-5-0-0/aolserver4.html and at https://openacs.org/doc/openacs-5-0-0/install-nsopenssl.html.
