This smells like a bug to me. URLs like: https://openacs.org/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=0000bv
(without the additional attributes) give an access denied error
to users who aren't logged in. Most people here probably don't
notice because they're logged in most of the time. Someone
want to track this down and stick it in the SDM?
