Good discussion of Total Cost of Ownership. This looks like a good reference to give to organizations (nonprofit and otherwise) that are just starting to consider the switch to OSS. It helps answer basic questions and provides a nice framework.

I can only second that. I met Michelle (main author) during LW in NYC and the printout they have is a good material to hand to your Non Profits if you visit them (looks decent and nonprofit ;)).
