Thanks, Jade, for adding the url.  It looks to me like you have to be logged on to see the "Edit This Page" button; otherwise, you see just the text.

Hi Bruce,

For someone to see the "edit this page" link you need to use the "permissions" link to grant people you want to work with "admin" on the page.
