Looks like this exists on HEAD. I am not sure which is the intended "official" version.

Hi Dave,

and it exists on oacs-5-4 too. I have it on my plate for 5.5. I don't know which one is the official version, I guess we'll have to investigate unless somebody knows.

Officially this would be the one in bounce-procs.tcl. It is a leftover from the effort to split acs-mail-lite-procs.tcl into handleable chunks
