1: How to use Rich Text with ETP?

This is embarassing, but I can't figure out how to get the richtext widget to show up in ETP.  Is it a parameter?  Or...?

The embarassing part is that I have set it up before.  And I even have two sites running side-by-side, one with the richtext working and one without, and I still can't figure it out.  D'oh!

On the same note... does anyone have HTMLArea3 working with any package other than lars-blogger (5.1 or HEAD)? If so, any pointers on how it might be used in ETP?

I actually have it working with ETP 1.6 and Mailing List 1.0, mostly as a result of the discussion at https://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=153535  If you have any questions after reading that, let me know and I’ll try to help.
