Also, soon after the first Copenhagen dotLRN conference, someone (in EU?) put together an analysis of operating a tax-exempt nonprofit organization in the various countries where openacs/dotLRN developers have a presence. I can't find it right now. =( Might be useful for exploring alternatives.
