Which version of OpenACS is suitable for email handler?

i am using postgreSQL database.

please let me know the use of email handle and how well i can use it for any of my applications.

See, if i had been subscribed to some forums in a site, if anyone had posted anything new , it comes to my mail box and from my mail box, if i reply, it gets directly posted on the discussion or whatever forums.

I wanted to implement the above one using email handler.

Is email handler used for that purpose only? If yes, how to use it, as i had download email-handler4.0.1

if not, what is the package which is used for?
and works on which version of openACS?

I told u the purpose of my usage, but u had not not tell how can i use it. :((.

I mean any specific documentation of email handler, how to use it, as there is nothing available to me on web.
