Howdy,

I have to finish updating the documentation for 2.1 and then I will make it available in Word, PDF and HTML (and LORS!) format.

Our semester has just begun here, so I have to focus on course-specific support for a bit of time, but then I will get the documentation done.  I'll post when they are available.
