Adam: I am curious to know what download statistics your are referencing in your posting above. I have been part of ArsDigita for a little over 6 months now and OpenACS has consistently been about 1/3 of the overall ACS community. That continues to be true today. It would seem to me that the popularity of both versions has grown pretty much proportionately. Given the relative sizes of marketing budgets and activities, that would suggest that OpenACS has benefited tremendously from it's affiliation with ArsDigita (supporting assertion #3 in your posting).
