One of our clients pointed out a usability issue in the process for creating a new bulk mail in the sense that when you've selected your users then started typing out your message but then realized you need to change the recipients, the only option is to hit back and change them. This erases the previously typed message.
We're thinking of combining the selection screen with the message composition screen. Has any else already done this so as to avoid duplication of work?
