1: error displaying an image from the content repository in Oracle

I need a hand debugging image display in the Photo Album for
the Oracle version.  I'm stumped.  Anyone want to take a try at
fixing it?

Here are the files involved:

packages/photo-album/www/images/index.vuh

packages/photo-album/www/images/index-oracle.xql

I'm getting "not all variables bound" error in the call to
db_write_blob only in the Oracle version.

Thanks to Jowell Sabino, I have a workaround now.  Check out
the comments in the file for details.
