We haven't talked about that in specific, but we have talked about
the need for generalized "knowledge management" tools and user
rankings of content falls is one such thing. We've been talking
about it in a more general context than just bboards...
One OpenACS 4.x concept that you may've seen us posting about are
"service contracts", a way to glue packages together. This fits
nicely in with the KM ideas that have been tossed about.
