This looks interesting. In particular, it may be useful for creating the kind of learning activity sequencing that we have been discussing on this thread. There could be dotLRN-specific iDevices. For example, you could put in a "discussion starter" iDevice with a snippet of XML that tells dotLRN to generate a thread and a link to it.
