There is no parameter to enable/disable the Developer Support Footer. There should be a parameter?
By default, when DS toolbar is enabled, the footer appears too. There is a button on the DS toolbar to show/hide the DS footer without changing the url, just a javascript to change a class, the same way as ADP button reveals file paths.
I have added a new element to the multirow, to have the onclick event, with a little javascript to change the FOT, and ADP button state class (on/off). The rest of the buttons has an empty value.
Shall I commit theses changes to CVS? or shall I make a bug, and contribute a patch?
