although many of them are my friends, I would have little sympathy for anyone laid off by aD who ended up eating in a soup kitchen, or really financially uncomfortable in any way.  I was well paid for two years and I could liquidate a substantial portion of my salary from that time if I needed to.  Sure, I'm single and some employees have families, but if you still can't squirrel away a bit of a $100K+ salary, you're being grossly financially irresponsible.
