Just to let you know that largely we have been very happy with hub.
Their service is perfectly suited to smaller db-backed sites and extremely reasonably priced (particularly given the weakness of the Canadian Dollar).
I like the arrangement they have there and their technical support is excellent. They are prepared to help with virtually anything and respond well to request for help and/or software.
Also I find their virtual server approach the best solution for shared hosting.
I would definately recommend giveing them a try if your using OpenACS 4.
